Weight Vest & Suspension Strap Training
...with Clark Bartram!
Clark Bartram invites me into his home gym, AKA The LAB (of torture haha!), & demonstrates the versatility of training while wearing a weighted vest, which is great for guys like me who LOVE doing bodyweight exercises! Then he puts me through a VPS-brand Suspension Strap workout for mostly ABS & CORE, and it literally kicks my ASS!! But in my defense, I did not know what we were going to train that day, and, I'd never worked with suspension straps! Now I love them and now Core Energy Fitness Systems has shipped me a set, so stay tuned for my suspension strap training videos!
